Nancy Grunnet, LPC, CEAP, RODP
Nancy began her professional career in 1991 as a licensed professional counselor and has been using her assessment and problem solving skills to help organizations resolve critical workplace concerns
since 1997. She excels in helping organizations become “workplaces of choice” by fully developing the potential of leaders and managers. She is also experienced in helping decision makers find strength in areas of diversity.
Russ Knight, CEAP
Russ has over 35 years experience working with groups and individuals to help workers and organizations succeed. His professional accomplishments include initiating an Emergency
Response Team to counsel families, victims and emergency workers at tragic accident/crime sites, and helping to establish and serving on the Threat Management Team for over 40 companies. Russ has provided training on numerous human and organizational development topics to over 1900 companies in North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia.
Virginia Rumschik
Virginia Rumschik has been a member of the First Sun team since 2006. Initially she helped employee clients and their family members access the EAP benefit through various resources such as personal
and family counseling, financial assistance, and legal support. Currently Virginia's focus is corporate customer support whereby she works to help clients develop their unique customer service plan focusing on making full use of their EAP benefit. She is also available to provide orientation and education on First Sun EAP and its sister organization First Sun Solutions. Virginia holds a BS in Psychology and is studying to become a Certified Employee Assistance Professional to better extend her reach within the field.
