Employee Assistance Services are often provided at the contract company's location. We
appreciate the opportunity to do this because it allows us to deepen relationships with the
company leaders, meet with management and interact with employees. It also gives us a chance
to provide training or interventions that truly make a difference in the personal experience of the
employees and the overall success of the company.
First Sun staff members typically provide these onsite services. When we look to you to provide
them, we are quite particular in assuring that you have the proper qualifications, training and
materials to be successful. Our Risk Management team works closely with leadership at the
company to assure that their needs are understood and their goals clear. We then work closely
with you to assure you have what you need to provide an effective onsite experience.
