Thank you for your interest in becoming a Network Provider for First Sun EAP.  We are quite particular in assuring that you have the proper qualifications to become a provider for First Sun EAP so that we can best meet the needs of our clients and contracted companies.

Our mission at First Sun EAP is “Helping People Be Better At Work”.  Our Network Providers help us accomplish this mission by being responsive to us and to our clients.  We are looking for Network Providers who enjoy working with EAP referrals, complete applicable paperwork in a timely and comprehensive manner and who notifies us immediately if there are questions and/or concerns.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS OF NETWORK PROVIDERS:

• Minimum of Master’s Degree, having graduated from an accredited program of study.

• Must be licensed by the state in which you practice.

• Must have a minimum of three years post-master’s experience in a clinical setting.

• Must furnish proof of coverage for liability insurance.
