Q: How do I receive referrals from First Sun? A: To receive referrals, simply tell us the kinds of clients you like to work with and when they call us, we will match them with you. If you would like more referrals, simply contact us, and we will gladly try to send more your way.
Q: How do I get paid for services I have provided? A: To receive payment, enter all authorized sessions on our Network Provider Log and fax or mail it to our office so we receive it by the 6th of each month. A: We will pay by mail or if you complete a Provider ACH Authorization, we will pay electronically.
Q: My authorization has expired but my client still needs services. What do I do? A: Authorizations expire at the end of an employer's contract year. Clients must call us to get a new authorization. We do this because sometimes contracts are not renewed, thus there is a need to recertify benefits.
