Our products have three levels of comprehensive service, compared to many EAPs that offer only one level or that don’t offer depth in all three levels. Contrary to popular belief, the bottom line of EAP services is not to be a “benefit” to workers, but to promote overall organizational success and to help workers maintain maximum productivity. To that end, First Sun has three levels of service:
Clinical and worklife services for all workers and their family members to help them be at their bestWorkplace training, consultation and coaching for managers as well as assistance with underperforming workers they refer
Program planning, professional training, organizational consultation and risk management for Human Resources
In addition, First Sun offers a full line complement of fee for service Training and Consulting to help employers with issues such as dealing with layoffs, managing change, succession planning and with a full line of compliance training on topics such as Violence in the Workplace and Harassment that meet with regulatory requirements.
